We receive the information you provide to us when you:
i) Link any of the supported social media account with us to log into our App and website, We may collect certain Personal Date from you, such as your first and last name, email, and mailing address. We do not collect payment information such as your credit card numbers on our platform;
ii) By also using our service, you may provide us with the demographic information that is not unique to you such as your gender, age and ZIP code.
iii) Account information, such as online password and other log-in details used to access the 8StringTv service;
iv) When you post a User Generated content or provide us with service feedback on our site or App, the information contained in your user-generated content will be stored on our servers and will be available to be seen by other users who make use of the 8StringTv service.
v) We also collect other types of Personal Data that you provide to us voluntarily, such as your operating system and version, and other requested information if you contact us via email regarding support for the Services.

B. Automated information collection
We may collect certain information about your use of the Site and App through the use of tracking technologies or by other passive means. ii. Cookies: When you log-in to the App or purchase products or services through the Site as a Log-In User, we send one or more cookies (small text files containing a string of characters) to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of the Site by storing user preferences and tracking user trends. Most web browsers accept cookies automatically but can be configured not to do so or to notify the user when a cookie is being sent. Web Beacons: Web beacons (also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs”) are 1×1 single-pixel graphics that allow us to count the number of users who have visited or accessed the Site and to recognize users by accessing our cookies. Web beacons can collect the IP address of the computer that the web beacon is sent to, the URL of the page the Web beacon comes from, and the time the web beacon was viewed. iv. Storage and Phonebook: In order for our service to function properly on your device, we may require us to collect information about your storage and phonebook.

With your permission, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses.

Generally, 8StringTv uses the information gathered to provide, improve, and develop our Site and the Services we provide to you, to communicate with you, to offer you a better service, and to protect us and our users. Personal Information That We Share
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal information collected through the Site, from Users or through Offline Tracking Information collected through the Services, except as described below:

Contractors, Vendors or partners of 8StringTv who have access to your personal information in connection with providing services for 8StringTv are required to keep the information confidential and are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for 8StringTv.
A User’s personal information will be retained for as long as the User receives the Services, for archiving purposes, and for any period during which there is a dispute between the User and 8StringTv and otherwise in 8StringTv’ sole discretion.

Our Services, App and this Site may contain links to or the ability for you to access third-party websites, products, and services that are not owned, managed or controlled by 8StringTv, and who may have privacy policies with different standards than those contained in this Privacy Policy such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitch and Twitter. As a matter of policy, we are committed to protecting our users’ personal data. Children under the Age of 13
8StringTv’s website is not directed to and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information.
